We are very proud to have a large, and skilled Ecuadorian workforce. SolGold employees circa 400 people of which 90% are Ecuadorian and 10% are women. Many of these women are geologists.


    It has come to our attention that various individuals and/or organizations are contacting people falsely, pretending to recruit on behalf of SolGold. Please be aware that these recruiting scams and communications do not originate nor are they associated with SolGold’s recruitment process.

    We would like to help protect you against this fraud and are providing the following information so you can recognize warning signs that you are being targeted and let you know what actions you should take.

    SolGold will never request money or payments from applicants at any point in our recruitment process.
    All individuals who are successful in gaining an offer of employment from SolGold, whether directly or indirectly, are always required to go through a formal recruitment process. We will never request personal financial information such as bank account details at an early stage of our recruitment process.
