At Cascabel we have two medical facilities, one at the Rocafuerte camp and another at the Alpala camp. The facilities have the necessary equipment to handle emergencies and medicine for outpatient treatment. A comprehensive training and development programme is paramount to ensure the company has an appropriately skilled workforce, as well as a pipeline of skilled workers. SolGold implements a bespoke programme for each employee dependant on their abilities and personal development goals.
